Tips for a Great Yoga Class Experience:

Wear comfortable sportswear that allows you to move freely. You’ll be sweating, so moisture-wicking materials are ideal.
Bring your yoga mat and a towel to cover it. These are essential for your practice.
Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your class. If you forget one, no worries – you can purchase a bottle at the studio.
If it’s your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts. This extra time will allow you to get settled, ask any questions you may have, and feel more comfortable in the studio environment.
